How to order safely
1 decide which product you need. If you don't know. you can visit me in Amsterdam,
or try the test set.
2 Order by email. You will be sent a confirmation.
3 When the product is ready, you will be sent an invoice. We can invoice by
email or snailmail.
4. We ship the product to you, safely packed. Please read our terms of business
before ordering.
How to pay safely
• Mastercard and VISA accepted. Please send the following details in
2 separate emails: name on card, number, expiry date, safety code.
• Bank transfer BIC IBAN: relevant codes will be on the invoice.
Cash if you pick up your products yourself.
• Ikobo: If you have an Ikobo account please let me know, and I will
send you the details.
• EU customers please note: 19% VAT will be added, unless you are a EU
VAT registered business.
