upright vertical flute being played   The logic of the vertical headjoint is so self-evident, it needs no explanation. Have you ever envied the easy playing position of clarinet and recorder, etc, players? The vertical flute headjoint was taken in production because of customers begging us to make them, and we obliged.
upright vertical headjoint   People who thought they would never play the flute again, are now playing every day-thanks to the Vertical flute. The experience is so totally different, I advise you strongly to try the test set first.
upright vertical headjoint in box   The Vertical flute headjoint is handcrafted from sterling silver with a handcut embouchure. It comes in a sturdy wooden box, with a thumb rest and if neccesary, a left hand support. The top part of the vertical head joint can be adjusted to suit your playing style. The set contains all you need to convert your flute into a vertical flute. All it takes is to snap on the hand rests and slide the headjoint into the tenon.

Maarten Visser“Like all my products, the vertical headjoint is being re-thought, recalculated and improved all the time, so these images may differ from the headjoints I am making today. .. Its getting better all the time.”
